Flood Mayweather Defeats Manny Pacquiao In Historic Las Vegas Fight

Floyd Mayweather "Money" Defeated Manny Pacquiao "Pacman" by unanimous decision of all three judges in Las Vegas, Nevada last night. This makes Mayweather the undefeated world champion 48-0, a position he has held for the past 18 years.

The scores were close, with both boxers scoring above 100 points by all judges.

After the match, Mayweather thanked his sponsors and praised his opponent after the match, saying he can see why Manny is at the “pinnacle” of the sport.  He said his last match will be in September, then he will retire. It is speculated he made between $100 and $200 million for this match alone. He is currently the highest paid athlete in the world.
On the other hand, Pacquiao said he thought he won the match, and said Floyd “didn’t do nothing”, “just moving around”. He added he plans to take a vacation after today.
