Kanye West describes Grammy stunt as "a joke "

Days after storming the stage to disrupt Becks acceptance speech at the grammys, kanye West now says he stormed the stage because of voices in his head.
Speaking with Ryan Seacrest on his radio show Wednesday ,he said “voices in my head told me ‘go’ and then I just walked.”

He says he meant the move as a joke but things turned serious after the show, “I think it came off the wrong way,” he insists. “That was a mis-wording on my part because obviously Beck is one of the most respected artists and respects artistry ... He’s his own man and he’s not wrong and we’ll still go play basketball and stuff [unless] he doesn’t want to do it.”
“I felt that even though the Grammys sometimes gives awards to people who you wouldn’t think should win in the category, as a respect to artists, we mention the other artist’s names in our speech. And that was the point I was making about it.”
While likening himself to a Chiropractor ,he said“ You know, you just get a little crook out like ‘Wow, this crook has been there! It’s just a little jolt of truth, right?’ And then, you know, everyone feels better after the fact,” he explains.

In fact, West thinks he did everyone a favor with his actions. “Everyone is way more famous after the fact, or everyone sells way more albums after the fact, and then Kanye just goes on being an a--hole to everyone.”
