BBA- LK4 AND KOKETSO EVITED

Love conquers all – except a viewer vote – as lovebirds Koketso and LK4 discovered when they were evicted from Big Brother: The Chase on Sunday night.

Following Monday’s nominations, Diamonds Feza, Hakeem & Dillish found themselves up for eviction alongside Rubies, Koketso & LK4. After the SizweNtsalubaGobodo auditor had delivered the verified voting results on Sunday night’s show, LK4 was the first to leave – but didn’t have to wait too long to be reunited with Koketso, as she was evicted next.

Just before the evictions happened, the Heads of House had to reveal their ‘save & replace’ decisions. Diamond Head of House Betty revealed she had saved Bolt because he’s fun to be around and replaced him with Feza. Emotional Ruby Head of House Selly revealed that she had saved Biguesas and replaced him with Koketso.

LK4 burst onto the stage, shortly after his eviction announcement and told IK that his strategy had evolved into something else as his relationship with Koketso blossomed. Once Koketso joined him, she was coy on the future of their relationship outside the house, adopting a ‘wait and see’ attitude.

Big Brother then decided to play a trick on the housemates this week, making them believe there was a third house in play – the Emerald house. It’s just part of the game, to keep them guessing!

Entertainment for the evening included two performances by Kenya’s own Victoria Kimani singing her massive hit ‘Mtoto’ and later, ‘Oya’.

Viewers also got a chance to hear from last week’s evicted housemates. Denzel said that he had entered Big Brother: The Chase because he thought it would be a challenge and thought he would have fitted in better in the Diamond house. Huddah revealed that if she had another chance, she’d embrace The Chase and be more open about her feelings.

Earlier in the week, Housemate’s had an eventful time at the Airtel Arena Showdown with the Ruby housemates winning the week’s showdown, meaning that Head of House Selly could switch 2 Ruby housemates with 2 Diamonds. She chose Angelo and Elikem to join the Rubies – sending Beverly & Biguesas the other way.

RUNAWAY BRIDE

A bride refused to show up at her wedding at the Cathedral Church of Emmanuel, Okesa, Ado-Ekiti, on Saturday resulting in the cancellation of the wedding.

The groom, who is from Ifaki-Ekiti in Ido-Osi Local Government Area of the state, was already in the church but waited in vain for the arrival of his bride.

Her whereabouts were unknown hours after the service had started.

The failure of the bride to show up, it was gathered, forced the clerics to cancel the wedding and invited guests reportedly left one after the other, when it dawned on them that the ceremony would no longer hold.

The Dean of the Cathedral, Very Reverend, F.O Bankole, when contacted on the telephone confirmed the incident...

He said, “It is true that a wedding which was planned to hold in the church today was cancelled. The bride did not show up.”

Bankole said he did not know why the bride failed to showed up, but added that the couple had been “having some issues since they started courting.”

LAIDE BAKARE' BUNDLE OF JOY

Actress and recently divorced thespian, Laide Idowu Bakare has just been delivered of a bouncing baby boy in the United States of America. The mother of one who recently married Tunde Oriowo posted on her BBM displayed picture  about her new baby with a message thanking God for the safe delivery and of course the gender of the baby.

WHAT'S WITH HAKEEM AND FEZA?

Things are certainly getting interesting between Hakeem and Feza, or how will one describe the kiss? Considering  Hakeem’s diary session and  his displeasure about biggie separating him from Cleo, his lady love, could this be a case of keeping your friends close and your enemies closer? it looks like all has been forgiven between the two. As they have spent the day quite attached to one another. So attached in fact, that they found it hard to tear themselves apart today, during the Task. The Task saw Housemates getting into pairs and for each pair to take a Styrofoam heart and press it in between their lips and keep it there for as long as possible.

SuperSport wins Africa broadcast rights for Glasgow 2014 Commonwealth Games

Glasgow 2014 has named SuperSport as the Sub-Saharan Africa broadcast rights holder for next year’s Commonwealth Games.

The South African based subscription service is expected to help the Games reach more than five million viewers as it broadcasts across the entire continent, including all 19 African Commonwealth nations and territories competing at Glasgow 2014, through its 20 channels, of which several in high definition.

STUNNING NOMINEES

Dillish, Feza, Hakeem, Koketso and LK4 have kept tongues wagging since they entered the House and could just be in the Top 10 hottest Housemates this Season. The only snag now is, at least one of them will be leaving The Chase on Sunday,June 9,2013. Those who Vote based on looks are in trouble because this time they won't know who to keep in the game.
Dillish - "The delicious Dillish" as IK refers to her is simply beautiful. Dillish is stunning with or without makeup, whether she's asleep or awake, happy or sad. The girl's just got it. No wonder one viewer even asked or her hand in marriage from Biggie: LK4 - His abs and tattoos give him that bad boy image which gets the ladies crazy. It's no wonder three ladies confessed to having a crush on him in the House. His towering height and the fact that he is a professional basket baller makes him even more attractive.
Hakeem - He's got a body to die for and if you missed his exercise session during the wee hours of the morning then you haven't seen anything yet. The guy exercises in his briefs, what more can a girl ask for. Well, he's a personal trainer so you can tell he puts in a lot of work to achieve that body.
Koketso - Her sexy eyes stare as if they can see right into one's soul. Always immaculately dressed, she never has a hair out of place and this makes her really attractive. As the saying goes; "If you can't love yourself, how can you love someone else?" Have you even seen that body? the girl works hard on what her momma gave her and she looks amazing - a work of art.

Feza - The only red-haired in the game whose beauty sips through all that boldness. It takes guts for a Black girl to pull off red hair and no one does it better than the gorgeous Feza. Even our own Boity had to comment on Feza's looks:

DAY 9 STILL CHASING

It seems Uganda’s LK4 finally decided who the queen of his heart is – South Africa’s Koketso.
This comes after some rather tense moments in Rubies with the love triangle between LK4, Koketso and Beverly.
During his diary session with Biggie, he went as far as saying: “She might be my 300 million.” Wow! Very bold words from someone who’s just been nominated for eviction.
Not a day passes in the Big Brother house without the housemates singing a song or four. And it was this spirit that saw them through Tuesday’s fitness task.
The Rubies and Diamonds had to make sure that at any given time two housemates were sweating it out on the exercise equipment set out in the garden.
To help them through their task, the Diamonds sang their own little theme song “We are the Diamonds, mighty, mighty Diamonds” while the Rubies were singing I’ll Be Missing You by The Police.
One of Tuesday’s most exciting challenges was The Crush Wall. Housemates had to vote for two crushes from the house, and the one with the most votes would be treated to quality time with a mate of their choice.
With Hakeem and Cleo being separated so abruptly in Friday’s house switch, is it possible the two lovebirds could be reunited sooner rather than later? This week's Nominees are all hot and sexy, how does one choose who to keep?
