Nigerian female singer Goldie (born Susan Oluwabimpe Harvey) is dead. She died on Thursday, 14th February 2013 at Reddington hospital in Victoria Island, Lagos. The cause of her death is still not certain but an official statement from Kennis music said she was rushed to the hospital after she complained of a severe headache at her Parkview residence shortly after she returned from Los Angeles where she attended the just concluded Grammy awards but was pronounced dead on arrival. Her remains has since been deposited at the Lagos University Teaching Hospital, Ikeja Mortuary.Goldie,31 ,hails from Ekiti State. She represented Nigeria at the Big brother Star Game in 2012.she had her early education in Lagos, first Green Springs Montessori Primary School and then St. John’s College, Palm Groove, Lagos before proceeding to University of Sunderland where she studied Business Management.
She survived by her father, stepmother, brothers and sisters.
