A FUNERAL WITH SILVER LINING
The intense scent of incense whiffed out of white smoke from suspended metal censers in the hands of officiating ministers. The hanging thuribles created a bubble of smoulder in the cathedral. In cyclic turns and sacred rounds, the catholic priest swirled the censers around the casket bearing the remains of Mr. Victor Olatunde da Silva who died at the age of 87. The pictures below chronicle some of the dignitaries in attendance. Enjoy.
